❤ ❤ Starbucks London

London. London. There's a little while since I've talked about the most beautiful metropolis. I miss her now. More than two months that I did not set foot. Brussels is so sad, so death for the moment ...

There are a thousand things I miss. Shops, people, atmosphere, markets, street style , exhibitions, music, bars, short Everything .

But there's also my foibles and my own habits in this city. For example, when I arrived on the island, I need my Starbucks Coffee . A little later on Covent Garden I am in an old pub in front of a hearty English breakfast . And my morning will conclude definitely on the piazza or along Long Acre, eye riveted on all these beautiful shops.

But let's look at my first pleasure in English soil: Starbucks. Once down the first Eurostar of the day, I stop at Euston Road . That's my little ritual. To start the day, I must my coffee-like many of you. But not just any home Starbucks please. My preference? Undeniable. The Caramel Coffee Latte with cream is the top, please . More than a choice, it's my guilty pleasure, my sunshine that I welcome in my city. The

personal info? I collect City Mug! What a pleasure every morning, think back memories experienced in a city ...

I enjoy ...

Feel free to add flavors to your coffee!

Starbucks is a must in the world. We can even talk about Starbucks On The runway in winter 2009. The two brilliant brothers Dsquared2 use the mark on their parade very urban city chic . All the models wearing a cup in hand with the image of the brand of coffee. A success.

The celebs love it too ... Under the sun, a frappuccino. In the cold, a good coffee.

On Hilary Duff ...

... Beckham family.

Starbucks Coffee . A myth? A philosophy?

Paul. Salvation by faith

Where we go from unable to save himself by going to the comic justice by law, to justice "charged" ... declarative

Captives of a corrupt time Participants and actors in a corrupt time, one thing is clear: no market that the finding of this captivity into the claim to truth. But there

sketched the outcome. Acknowledge, confess the inevitability of this captivity, recognize his own captivity in a lie is an anchor the truth!

Now Christ died at this time corrupt and unfair, unjust until his false words, and he was relieved by his resurrection to new life radically, being beyond death.

A moment that reveals the righteousness of faith: nothing in me that does not fall this time in corrupt side of death, there is no salvation in death at this time, its pretensions and its lies, to receive salvation only to God - Romans 1: 17: "The just shall live by faith" (Habakkuk 2, 4).

Romans 3 4 [...] God be true and every Human liar, as it is written:
that thou mayest be found right in your words and you
triumphs in your trial.
10 As it is written:
There is none righteous, no not one.
11 There is no sensible man, not one who seeks God.
12 They are gone astray, all perverted
not one who does good, not even one.
13 Their throat is an open tomb;
their language they sow deception;
venom of asps is under their lips; 14
their mouth is full of cursing and bitterness;
15 feet are quick to pay blood;
16 ruin and misery are in their paths;
17 and the path of peace they do not know. 18
no fear of God before their eyes!
19 Now we know that whatever the law says, it says to those who are under the law, so that every mouth may be closed and that the world may become guilty before God. 20
Therefore no one will be justified in his sight by works of the law and the law, indeed, does the knowledge of sin.
21 But now, regardless of the law, the righteousness of God has appeared, the law and the prophets bear witness to him.
22 This is the righteousness of God through faith in / of Jesus Christ all those who believe, because there is no difference: 23
all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,
24 but are justified freely by his grace under the grant accomplished in Jesus Christ. He
25 that God intended to serve as expiation by his blood, through faith, to show what justice, because he had left the sins of the past,
26 at the time of his patience. He thus shows His justice in the present time, to be fair and justified one who lives by faith in Jesus. 27
there be so proud? It is excluded! On what? Works ? Not at all, but in the name of faith.
28 We believe that man is justified by faith apart from works of the law.

Romans 4
13 In fact, it is not under law but under the righteousness of faith that the promise of receiving the world heritage was made to Abraham and his descendants.
14 If the heirs are under the law, faith has no meaning and the promise is void.
15 For the law brings about wrath; where there is no law, there is no transgression.
16 Thus it is by faith that one becomes heir to whether by grace and the promise remains valid for all the descendants of Abraham, not only for those who invoke the law, but also for those who claim the faith of Abraham, the father of us all.
17 Indeed, it is written: I made you the father of many nations. He is our father in front of him in whom he believed, the God who gives life to the dead and calls into existence what does not exist.
18 Hoping against hope, he believed and so became the father of many nations, according to the saying, So shall thy seed.
19 It does not weaken in faith, considering his body - he was almost a century - and the womb of Sarah, the one and the other affected by death.
20 Before the divine promise, he did not succumb to doubt, but he was fortified by faith and gave glory to God,
21 fully convinced that what he has promised, God also has the power to accomplish it. 22
is why it was credited to him as righteousness.
23 Now, it's not for him alone it is written: It was credited to him,
24 but for us, we to whom faith is counted, since we believe in Him who has risen from the dead Jesus our Lord,
25 delivered for our trespasses and raised for our justification.

*

"Counted as righteousness ":" Being justified "does not mean" being made righteous, "but" be declared righteous. " Luther and the Reformation and spoke of justification "forensic", "foreign", "conditions", this word given in French "showman", that is to say, outside, outside, someone who is elsewhere. Similarly, the justification in the Bible, explained the Reformers, is foreign to us, it comes from elsewhere. We are not righteous in ourselves. God declares us righteous by grace, that is to say free. The justice is not ours, which is Christ alone, is given free to our faith alone. So we are declared righteous, we're not - not made right, which would be hopeless, because we would constantly measure our justification for our works of justice whether we are really justified. We are declared righteous by God's grace alone and we receive it, that free grace by our faith alone.

Romans 7
14 We know that the law is spiritual: but I am carnal, sold into slavery to sin. 15
Yes, I do not understand nothing to what I do: what I want, I do not do it, but what I hate I do.
16 Now if I do not want, I do, I agree with the law and recognize that it is good;
17 this is not myself acting, but sin which dwells me.
18 For I know that in me - I mean in my flesh - do not live well: will the good is within my reach, but not the power,
19 as well as I want, I do do not and the evil I do not want, I do.
20 Now if I do not want, I do, this is not my act, but sin that dwelleth in me.
21 that I would do good, I find then a law: it is the evil that is within my reach.
22 For I delight in the law of God as a man inside,
23 but, in my members, I discovered another law warring against the law that ratifies my mind and it made me a prisoner of law of sin which is in my members. 24
wretched man I am! Who shall deliver me from this body which belongs to the dead?
25 Thanks be to God through Jesus Christ our Lord! So there I was enthralled by both the intelligence to the law of God and the flesh the law of sin.

Captivity and issue - or: Religion works against religion of faith alone, religion an illusory human ability to become worthy of God's favor or contrary to the strict disability - and, in the heart of this dilemma, Religion of free or religion of the "servile", to quote Luther borrow Contra Julianum Augustine (II, viii, 23).

The centrality of this dilemma that is faced with Luther, Erasmus was understood that by his De libero arbitrio intended to reach the heart of Pauline Luther's assertion of "total depravity" of the human subject, who makes him unable to do anything it is for his salvation. Luther no mistake in any case not more, writing to Erasmus at the beginning of his reply, De servo arbitrio :

"You, at least you will not bother with side baffles on the papacy, purgatory, indulgences, and other nonsense that they use to harass me. Only you have entered the node, you have bitten on the throat "(Luther, of the servile ).

*

From captivity to sin to salvation by faith: Luther Before, it was Paul who established the reality of "servile" - "captive to sin" - To affirm justification by faith alone. The idea that we would have free will to succumb to evil and do good is underpinned by optimism - that's what identifies Luther - as it gives us hope in ourselves, in a capacity that would be ours and we would do good works by which we conceive the hope of reaching to justify himself before God. But awareness of "captive to sin" of our ill will, leaves us no hope that the good news of the release for free, regardless of any merit.

A Valentine Gourmet

A few days after Valentine , I suffer ... There is no question of love or of celibacy, believe me, Valentine is a "celebration" I care little. At least symbolically. Because at my taste buds, marketing is working. Displays red, showcases exciting, papillae in turmoil, the chocolate you want in here!

Have you noticed the different windows of chocolatiers and pastry chefs the most famous? All bend over backwards to create an image of their own originality.

Marcolini stands out with hearts in raspberry a nice black case, his signature. Or, for a journey full of the enticing flavors and giant box of 5 levels can seduce many. We love her hearts with raspberry, a good idea that is different from ordinary little hearts with milk or dark chocolate.

In Neuhaus, a small box of chocolates a few. Here is the original key ring. A small gift in addition to small chocolate.

Ladurée, you know my love for the inconsiderable House. Every Valentine's Day they released their love macaroon. This year, it has the sweet name of Madame Red, a fruity and floral.

Even jam-but-not made in any Fauchon tempts me enough. A nice little package at the naughty name.

In London, discover the delightful pink champagne truffles home Cocomaya , one of the best chocolatiers and confectioners of the city.

The Belgian buttons are too! And they are bloody well succeed in Fabrice Collignon . For Valentine's Day, he developed a delicious recipe, buttons Cointreaupolitan . Very sexy, captivating, they expect one thing to eat!

With this wide range of deities, what to choose? If Mister D. does not put his hand to the paw, I let myself be tempted by the buttons or signed Collignon hearts Marcolini.

Wicked, the musical

For a long time, I wanted to invite you to discover the musical Wicked . Whether you are in New York or London, this musical is ample waves since its release in 2003.

This show is a musical adaptation of Stephen Schwarz from Gregory Maguire's book . The piece also makes numerous references to the film The Wizard of Oz (names of individuals, countries ,...).

In short, the Wicked Witch of the West, Elphaba , inherited her mother's green skin and powers of witchcraft. Defeated and humiliated by all, she supports his differences with courage while dreaming of being purified by the Wizard Oz.
Elphaba shares a room at the university with the beautiful, ambitious and egocentric Galinda. They become friends but unfortunately the beautiful Fiyero Tiggular will weaken the bond that united.

The relationship between the viewer and the characters vary. From the beginning, we are committed to Elphaba, the girl refused and different from other ... Galinda, maddeningly enough, unfolds gradually and eventually seduce us. The viewer discovers a sensitive girl with a big heart. Personally, I loved his character.

Elphaba

Galinda

Wicked is a chain of music all the more beautiful ones than the others. In 2:30, the music us into a world full of magic and excitement. I can only advise you to spin to see this show. Remember to buy the soundtrack too!

Wedding Reception Welcome Samples

"If everyone is too quick to agree to convict an accused ... "

"If everyone is too quick to agree convict an accused, then it is better to release him, because everything is suspect unanimous decision "(The Talmud).

The case of Côte d'Ivoire - three questions: Jean-Claude Guillebaud, Olympia Bhêly-Quenum Gaston Kelman ...

*

"Something is beginning to disturb the media discourse concerning Côte d'Ivoire. A query spread of opinion: while it may not be as simple as was believed in this case. Until then, we thought [...]: defeated at the polls, repudiated by a majority of voters, condemned by the international community unanimously Gbagbo sinfully clung to power, can cause carnage in the country . [...]

The cause seemed so heard. Both France and America and the United Nations had also recognized the true winner Alassane Ouattara election, that is to say the legitimate president. Several countries in West Africa, the same opinion, were willing to intervene militarily to ward off evil losing power. I must say that it is precisely this unanimity, since the beginning bothered me. I thought of a wise Jewish tradition, quoted by Emmanuel Levinas in one of his "Lessons Talmudic": if everyone is too quick to condemn a defendant to agree, then it is better to release him, because everything unanimous decision is suspect "(Jean-Claude Guillebaud , January 2011).

* "Never in the history of Franco-African relations, a crisis has raised as many media and political bias in France as experienced by Côte d'Ivoire for nearly a decade.
Today, like yesterday in September 2002, at the outbreak of a military rebellion openly supported, or totally planned by a neighboring head of state, Blaise Compaore, and is unprecedented in sub-Saharan Africa, cutting the country into two, the African and international public opinion has to serve a unilateral interpretation, even truncated, events.
And to top it all, or even to reinforce the current opinion, the official French position was reduced to crush the head of state Laurent Gbagbo, to see him as the sole responsibility of the rebellion that led to the partition of the country, and today, the post-election crisis. [...] Never

UN has overstepped its mandate in such a manner, including in East Timor, Kosovo, Democratic Republic of Congo, to name a few. Ignoring the institutions of a sovereign country, a UN member for fifty years, and not giving themselves time to allow the Election Commission to discuss the challenges raised during the discussion, Mr. Choi [Representative of the Secretary-General UN] has clearly caved in to pressure from certain countries, especially France and [...].

The post-election crisis in Cote d'Ivoire illustrates obviously the perpetuation of the political interference of France in Africa, while not taking more grotesque forms of direct military action aimed at maintaining internal order in favor of "Presidents friends," not leads to the same results no less than before "( Olympus Bhêly-Quenum January 2011).

*

"The disarmament of the rebellion [was] essential prerequisite to the holding of credible elections. The international community does not care and systematically pounded the Ivorian president-elect, urging him to organize elections under conditions known to lead inevitably to a deadlock.

elections are held. In the North, the rebellion is still armed. The day after the second round - 29 November 2010 - the press, saying that the favor one side or another, is unanimous to highlight the decline in participation over the first round. We're talking about 70%. The same day, a statement from UNOCI - representing the army of the United Nations in Côte d'Ivoire - reported a turnout of "around 70%." The day after, miraculously, the turnout jumped jumper the pole and crossed the 80% mark.

The "international community" and validate UNOCI, adoubent their champion, the focus on the font of the unspeakable and the crowning night in his campaign headquarters, under the tender eye of the ambassadors of France and the USA . [...]

The press as a whole, the most revolutionary in the most revolting, with the notable exception of the Gri-Gri International - if I forget, mea culpa - so conveys the urge, the speech gag policy blind and impious petitions - the world of ideas - an intelligentsia in the blind opportunity - it has not always been, God thank you - that sign, deafened by the uproar surrounding some Africans that one of them admitted to me implicitly and rectify his mistake with the shot through a forum. [...]

international community and others, will you tell me one day what charm unlikely, how virginity sudden, you dress Alassane Ouattara, former Prime Minister that can be said without any malice that embodies a past very few of which were also democratic victims of Ivorian guilty of opposition, and his soul damned rebel Guillaume Soro, unlikely maker kings, promising punishment to lag larigot! Will you tell me a day what you reward them in - for Salome, the daughter of Herodias, it was his talent as a dancer - to offer them on a tray as before that of Jean-Baptiste, head of Côte d'Ivoire that do not belong to you! What interests - let me naive transient point - you push the demonization of a sudden man, Laurent Gbagbo, who was the only leader to have an Ivorian opposition impossible but peaceful Felix Houphouet-Boigny, to accept the prison and exile to run for the presidency, to gain from the opposition, never having compromised his fight by accepting a bribe morocco. [...]

Who could understand that after the celebration of the fiftieth anniversary of independence of former French colonies in Africa, the continent is still viewed with the eyes of the documentary recently aired on television by France French Africa, documentary unexpected prophetic, announcing the victory of Ouattara - the convoluted explanations of the director can do nothing - then it was produced months before the Ivorian elections? Who can accept a certain Mr. Choi still behaves as a commander of a circle? Our children do we despise it not rightly know if we had remained silent before the grotesque spectacle of a stealth declaration of the victory of a candidate by foreign ambassadors in his headquarters "(Gaston Kelman , January 2011 ).
