Taxation policy of the Common Market Kisangani / DRC. By: Patience LIFOKA Yeng

 Mr. President of the Jury;
 Mr. Jury members;
 Dear brothers, sisters and parents, friends and acquaintances;
 fellow students gathered in the audience.

The Tax Policy of the Common Market in Kisangani that abound in the said Town, drew our attention and was the subject of our study.
In this, we left the problem that the seller perform hard labor requirements of the Commune.
So we asked ourselves the question why the people who frequent the local markets of the said Municipality does not pay their taxes easily?

Seeking to find the answer to this question, we hypothesized that:
- a low income vendors;
- belonging to the notable family;
- the multiplicity of taxes;
- and ignorance of the importance of the tax by the vendor population would be the basis for this.
Thus the objective in this work was to highlight the policy used by the municipality deal with difficulties in tax collection.
This work presents a scientific and practical interest. • Scientifically
This work brings an air of originality in his back on previous research conducted within the framework of taxation;
• Practically this work will assist managers of administrative units and the state to devise a better policy of tax levy.
For the realization of this work, we shall use the method structuro Parsonian functionalist according to the scheme by applying the scheme of four functional imperatives LIMS And we have reconciled this method to the technical literature, the interview free to participant observation and content analysis to collect data reliable to develop this work.

In order to achieve a good understanding of the content of this work, apart from the introduction and conclusion, this work is divided into three chapters:
- the first treaty generalities;
- the second door on tax policy Commune Kisangani to local markets.

In this chapter, the issue was to demonstrate the taxation policy be used by the administrative entity in its markets.
this purpose, the municipality before a multitude of problems related to the collection of tax as belonging to the notable family, the low income, the interplay between legal authorities and economic operators etc.. has established the following strategies: •
training of collectors;
• inviting taxpayers so that they express their difficulties in the Commune in turn will develop strategies to market and communication uses coercion, retaliation as a policy par excellence.
Finally, the last chapter focuses on the presentation, analysis and interpretation of data. Thus we present, analyze and interpret the results of the interview.

To further examine the problem in our study, we found it useful to guide our choices on the occasional sampling. And we chose a sample of 50 subjects divided by population within markets.

After compiling and using frequency tables and percentages presented by themes including: the identification of respondents, the margin between the cost of different taxes and taxpayers, we got results following:

Regarding the low income, we saw that 26% of our respondents had incomes that ranged between 100 and 1000 fc fc and only 4% reached an income of 20,000 fc. While 72% of tax paid in these markets amounted to $ 100 k - 1000 fc.
Regarding membership of the notable family, 20% of our respondents did not pay the fee because of belonging to the notable family and 80% paid under duress or fear of reprisal.

Due to the multiplicity of taxes, we made the observation that through, there were a multiplicity of taxes that some had even paid a percentage according to the quantity of goods sold.

In the end, regarding the ignorance of the importance of the tax, we have noted with bitterness that 60% of our respondents do not know the importance of the tax. Analysis of these results against our hypotheses, leads us to say that our assumptions were confirmed.

Thus we suggest that the state comes to show the people selling the importance and usefulness of the tax and also fight prejudice the turn of the tax in the markets.

We dedicate this work to Almighty God, the uncreated creator, master of time and circumstance, he who has everything for today we can reach the end of this first cycle of our university; am he rented.

To my parents, and all my family, friends and acquaintances.

and I say thank you!

Susie Morgenstern, the unexpected meeting

about twenty years ago my son came home from school with a packet :
"Mom, it's working for you from the lady ..."
there was in two books and a note: "Read any emergency ..." signed: Mary ...
books? "It's not fair" and "First Love, Last Love" ...
years later it was I who was in my teens discover Susie ... and we exchanged letters, small packages ....
we learned that we should not put a red shirt in the middle of the white liquor, a mom likes to be surrounded by his children and that when one leaves the great love life was bad, so bad. ... but it survives at all ... in the concentration camps to mention just a few seconds, it was love ...
Susie, wild, generous, wise, the big, strong, and certainly one that has confidence, that went wrong ... and loves laughing out loud, crying, smiling and reaching out , opens his arms ....
Thanks to her, my teens have understood that a writer is first and foremost a human being of flesh and blood, who writes for survival and also by what is her work, her, him ... as one goes to work, factory, office, she worked tirelessly ...
His notebooks are covered with erasures ... "do not erase the mistakes that's life "....
I could talk to her for hours, but I want to keep my secrets, our secrets ...
'll find his site HERE ...
I'd never met her, the death of Jacques , the train strike had decided otherwise ...
and this Saturday morning as I was walking on the sidewalk of St. Malo, with my cockroach can not shoulder, I met a woman quite simple ... a few feet away, I stopped, I returned back, looked at her, "Susie? you can not remember me ...." but she had forgotten nothing .... The sun was shining
this morning ...... The "Amazing travelers" could happen ...
And here are lovely to Susie:

Gay Truth Or Dare Suggestions

Sustainable development, how it relates to Christians?

is the hot topic, all businesses are sustainable development, or say that they do. An international summit on the topic made the front page of every newspaper in Copenhagen. Previously confined to a niche topic in politics, everyone seizes now. And Christians in all this? How are they involved in sustainable development?
The first possible approach is the total rejection. Indeed, we Christians are citizens of heaven. We know that Jesus will return, there will be a new earth and new heavens. We are fully aware that whatever you do, humanity is doomed because it is corrupted by sin. Also, there is no problem to pollute excessively, this is only part of the natural destruction and announced the world. Come on, pollute without asking any question!

This attitude, although apparently justified, I do not stick with the whole Bible, and this for 3 points:
- first, when God created the earth, at every point, he says it is good. God's creation is good. If it is good, do not destroy! Especially since Paul says that this beautiful creation tells us, to all humans, the existence of God. How not to ask questions about our origins in a landscape of snowy mountains, or in front of a starry sky? So if we destroy our environment, we destroy not only the good creation of God but also part of God's revelation to humans, as if we drag out one by one the pages of our Bible.
- then, when God created man, he gives him dominion over the earth, plants and animals as it is told in Genesis: "Let us make man in our image, our likeness, let it have dominion over the fish of the sea, the birds, the livestock, over all the earth and over every creeping that creeps on the earth.. "This rule is also a responsibility to maintain or improve the environment of man. God has entrusted the responsibility of maintaining his good creation
- finally, the development sustainable social dimension we hear little about. The goal of sustainable development is not only that nature is preserved, but that man, all men can continue to grow. In this area, remains in the world in many places where man has no access to clean water, healthy eating and balanced education. And sustainable development highlights does allow humanity to thrive. Jesus gave as a commandment to love your neighbor as yourself. Christians can not embarking on a development of humanity!

To summarize, it is true that sin is everywhere and entered our land to ruin, we hope to one day see a new land with the perfect designer at its helm. Despite all our efforts, we will never land perfect because only God can.
However, we have a real responsibility as Christians to be active in sustainable development because
1. creation is good and we want to preserve it because it is a sign of God
2. God gave us this mission to be the gardeners of the earth
3. our love of neighbor pushing us to work towards greater justice
This is not because the world is corrupted by sin that he should give up but to be lights where we are !
